Tru Diamond Bios

Michael Anthony, Lead Vocals & Rhythm Guitar

Neil Diamond Tribute Band

A singer of passion, vocal endurance, and presentation. A performer with all the mannerisms that stands above and beyond the rest. Someone that captivates an audience and leaves them breathless and wanting more, these are the qualities of a professional.

Over the years, Mike found his niche as a lead vocalist/keyboard player and was in high demand throughout the New England area. His most recent work was with a popular cover band called "South Street band".

He attended a Boston Red Sox game at Fenway Park in Boston and this event would forever change his musical life. During the 7th inning stretch at all Redsox home games, the Neil Diamond tune, "Sweet Caroline" is played over the loudspeakers. It didn't take long before Mike realized that 35,000 people were singing along to this song - Mike immersed himself into the entire work of "Neil Diamond" and as a result of his dedication and hard work, his tribute band, Tru Diamond, is one of the best "Neil Diamond" tribute bands anywhere!

When you experience a Tru Diamond Show, you will be hard pressed to hear any difference between the original artist and Mr. Anthony - this is a show that shouldn't be missed!
